We are looking for leadership in the wrong places… irrespective of how many politicians, analysts and experts you bring on your show, you will never get a solution; just like you never get a straight answer from any of them. None of the patriotic people like you ever do. The reason is simple: as a nation we are grossly disoriented. The so-called leaders know it and successfully keep us chasing our tail.
On one end we have “Muslims” who want an Islamic system as it was promulgated 1400 years ago; only they don’t know or understand how it can be brought about. At the other we have “secularists” who forsake the Divine help in everything they do. The massive majority in the middle calls itself Secular Muslims…. just to remain comfortably in the middle… without any thought to what the oxymoron (secular-Muslim) – the sordid paradox – actually means.
As Muslims if we claim that none of our efforts can fruition without Allah’s assistance, then we must believe it. We MUST believe that Allah’s Help can only be warranted if we truly strive to please Him with everything we do… and live our lives accordingly. Anything less is a recipe of failure as we are witnessing today.
Show me a system that can measure up to the one given to us the Quran and Sunnah by Allah Almighty Himself, and in two arguments I’ll show you how it self-destructs before it can take off.
